1. The service
RBX Toolkit ("the extension") is a browser extension by MichyLuna that helps you manage your own Roblox account and your live streams on TikTok, Twitch, YouTube and Kick. By installing or using it you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, please uninstall the extension.
2. Not affiliated with Roblox, TikTok, Twitch, YouTube or Kick
RBX Toolkit is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Roblox Corporation, TikTok, Twitch, YouTube or Kick. "Roblox", "TikTok", "Twitch", "YouTube" and "Kick" are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe what the extension works with.
3. Your responsibilities
- Use the extension only with accounts you own, and in compliance with the Roblox Terms of Use and the terms of the platforms you stream on (TikTok, Twitch, YouTube, Kick). You are responsible for how you use it.
- Roblox, TikTok, Twitch, YouTube and Kick may change their websites or rules at any time. Some features may stop working, and automated actions could be limited by them. You use the extension at your own risk.
- Removing friends, declining requests and unfollowing cannot be undone. Check your selection and use the backup feature before bulk actions.
- If you use the chat-command or queue features during public lives, you are responsible for informing your viewers and for respecting their privacy.
4. RBX Toolkit Pro
- Some features require a Pro subscription. The price is shown in the extension before you pay (currently €4.99 per month, taxes included where applicable) and the subscription renews monthly until you cancel it.
- Payments are processed by ExtensionPay and Stripe. You can cancel at any time from the Pro page in the extension (Manage subscription); cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds: if you are not satisfied, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment, no questions asked, by contacting us at the address below. This does not limit any statutory right you have as a consumer.
- You must be of legal age to buy Pro, or have the permission of a parent or guardian.
- We may change Pro features or prices in the future; price changes will not affect a billing period you have already paid for, and you will be able to cancel before they apply.
5. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the extension. You may not resell it, or publish modified copies that remove the payment system. Third-party components are covered by their own licenses (see Third-party licenses).
6. No warranty and liability
The extension is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect damages, for actions taken by Roblox, TikTok, Twitch, YouTube or Kick on your account, or for data lost because of actions you confirmed. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Pro in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

8. Law and changes
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring claims before its courts. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.

RBX Toolkit ("l'estensione") è un'estensione per browser di MichyLuna che ti aiuta a gestire il tuo account Roblox e le tue live su TikTok, Twitch, YouTube e Kick. Installandola o usandola accetti questi termini. Se non li accetti, disinstalla l'estensione.

RBX Toolkit è un progetto indipendente. Non è affiliato, approvato o sponsorizzato da Roblox Corporation, TikTok, Twitch, YouTube o Kick. "Roblox", "TikTok", "Twitch", "YouTube" e "Kick" sono marchi dei rispettivi proprietari e sono usati solo per descrivere con cosa funziona l'estensione.
3. Le tue responsabilità
- Usa l'estensione solo con account di tua proprietà e nel rispetto dei Termini d'uso di Roblox e dei termini delle piattaforme su cui fai live (TikTok, Twitch, YouTube, Kick). Sei responsabile dell'uso che ne fai.
- Roblox, TikTok, Twitch, YouTube e Kick possono cambiare i loro siti o le loro regole in qualsiasi momento. Alcune funzioni potrebbero smettere di funzionare e le azioni automatiche potrebbero essere limitate da loro. Usi l'estensione a tuo rischio.
- Rimuovere amici, rifiutare richieste e smettere di seguire non si può annullare. Controlla la selezione e usa il backup prima delle azioni in massa.
- Se usi i comandi in chat o la coda durante live pubbliche, sei tu a dover informare gli spettatori e a rispettare la loro privacy.
4. RBX Toolkit Pro
- Alcune funzioni richiedono un abbonamento Pro. Il prezzo è mostrato nell'estensione prima del pagamento (attualmente 4,99 € al mese, imposte incluse dove previste) e l'abbonamento si rinnova ogni mese finché non lo disdici.
- I pagamenti sono gestiti da ExtensionPay e Stripe. Puoi disdire in qualsiasi momento dalla pagina Pro dell'estensione (Gestisci abbonamento); la disdetta ha effetto alla fine del periodo già pagato.
- Rimborsi: se non sei soddisfatto puoi chiedere il rimborso completo entro 14 giorni dal primo pagamento, senza dover dare spiegazioni, contattandoci all'indirizzo qui sotto. Questo non limita i diritti che ti spettano per legge come consumatore.
- Per acquistare Pro devi essere maggiorenne o avere il permesso di un genitore o tutore.
- In futuro potremo cambiare funzioni o prezzi di Pro; un cambio di prezzo non riguarda il periodo già pagato e potrai disdire prima che si applichi.
5. Licenza
Ti concediamo una licenza personale, non esclusiva e non trasferibile per usare l'estensione. Non puoi rivenderla né pubblicarne copie modificate che eliminano il sistema di pagamento. I componenti di terze parti sono coperti dalle rispettive licenze (vedi Licenze di terze parti).
6. Garanzie e responsabilità
L'estensione è fornita "così com'è", senza garanzie di alcun tipo, nei limiti consentiti dalla legge. Non rispondiamo di danni indiretti, di azioni intraprese da Roblox, TikTok, Twitch, YouTube o Kick sul tuo account o di dati persi a causa di azioni che hai confermato. La nostra responsabilità complessiva è limitata a quanto hai pagato per Pro nei 12 mesi precedenti la richiesta. Nulla in questi termini limita responsabilità che per legge non possono essere limitate, né i tuoi diritti inderogabili di consumatore.

8. Legge applicabile e modifiche
Questi termini sono regolati dalla legge italiana. Se sei un consumatore conservi anche la tutela delle norme inderogabili del tuo Paese di residenza e puoi rivolgerti ai suoi giudici. Possiamo aggiornare questi termini; la data in alto indica la versione più recente.
